Now the physical persons
recognising the Charter, the Code of Ethics and other standard documents of
NIPA, dividing it problems and principles, paying membership dues, taking
part in its activity and meeting established professional requirements can be
members of NIPA. In 2006 NIPA has
developed and introduced professional certification on 3rd specialisations: 1) The Certificated Professional Accountant, 2) The Certificated Financial Manager, 3) The Certificated management Accountant
In 2007-2009 NIPA has
opened branch and the representations operating in 15 subjects of Russian
Federation. In 2009 NIPA with
realisation of strategy directed on creation of self-regulate association of
accountants, financial managers and experts management accountants: • Has developed standards of professional work of members
NIPA, • Has developed and introduced the monitoring system of
quality professional work members NIPA, • Has insured members NIPA from risk an assumption
professional errors • Has fulfilled other requirements of Russian legislation
on self-regulation. On December, 16th, 2009
the National Institute of Professional Accountants, Financial Managers and
Economists is included by the decision of Federal Agency of State Registration, Cadastre and
Cartography Russian Federation in the state register of the self-regulated
organisations as voluntary SRO, regulating professional work of physical
persons by trades (taking into account qualification appropriated by the
applicant): 1) The Certificated professional accountant, 2) The Certificated financial manager – financial director, 3) The Certificated management accountant According to the document
received in Federal Agency of State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography
Russian Federation, now NIPA is the FIRST and UNIQUE in Russia self-regulate
